GARAGE RULES
There are 26 parking spaces at 50 Kenilworth Pl.
The following rules shall be observed with respect to the parking spaces:
- Nothing may be stored in the parking space except a passenger automobile and items contained therein;
- No more than one passenger licensed automobile may be parked or stored in a parking space;
- Each passenger automobile must be maintained in a condition such that it does not cause damage to the parking space (i.e. from an oil leak or transmission leak);
- No vehicle shall be permitted to be serviced, repaired, washed, or otherwise worked on in a parking space except for changing of tires or changing a battery;
- No parking space may be painted by the tenant nor signs placed thereon.
- A lease for the garage space must be signed with Management. A copy of the garage lease is available here.
- Each garage space renter must list with Management his/her car license and registration numbers, as well as telephone numbers.
- The rental fee, subject to change by the Board, will be billed monthly and must be up-to-date unless arrangements satisfactory to Management and the Board are made. Rent is charged by the month only without option for pro-rating for shorter periods.
- Only cars of persons who have parking leases and parking stickers with Management will be permitted in the garage.
- A renter may relinquish space by notifying Management in writing no less than 30 days in advance of the desired termination date
Defacement and Damage to Garage
The shareholder renting space in the garage will be held responsible for any damage caused by him/her that occurs in the garage or to the garage premises. This includes - but is not limited to any leaks of auto fluid to the floor or other defacement of the premises.
